Peaceful Healing

First Responders

Explore therapy and wellness support for first responders, including First Responder Therapy, Recovery After the Call, First Responder Wellness Checks, and Critical Incident Support.

Professional distance and privacy

Support with room between your work and your therapist

Peaceful Healing is telehealth-only for adults physically located in Missouri. For first responders, statewide online care may reduce the chance of encountering a therapist through shared work circles, emergency scenes, community events, or ordinary errands.

That professional distance is about privacy and ease of access—not anonymity or concealing care. Telehealth does not make treatment anonymous. Therapy remains confidential within defined legal and ethical limits, which we review before treatment begins.

Learn more about confidentiality and its limits before you begin.

Support can include individual first responder therapy, wellness checks, critical incident support, Recovery After the Call, and department wellness programs. When trauma-related symptoms are part of the picture, PTSD therapy, anxiety therapy, or anger management therapy may also be relevant.
