Who I help

For the strong one.

The helper, protector, caregiver, problem-solver, or person everyone depends on. You do not have to carry everything alone, and you do not need a diagnosis to ask for support.

I provide telehealth therapy for clients physically located in Missouri. Below are a few of the people and life experiences I commonly support.

First Responders

You may be the person others call when everything goes wrong. You may keep showing up while carrying calls, images, anger, exhaustion, or fear that never fully turns off. This is a place to talk with someone who understands the weight of being dependable. You do not need a diagnosis to begin.

Veterans

Service can shape identity, relationships, sleep, purpose, and the way you move through the world after coming home. Therapy can make room for transition, grief, anger, trauma, moral injury, and the parts of life that feel harder to explain. You are more than what happened during service or what others expect you to carry.

Healthcare & High-Stress Professionals

When your work asks you to stay calm for everyone else, there may be little room to notice what the work costs you. Therapy can support healthcare workers and other high-stress professionals with boundaries, stress, sleep, compassion fatigue, trauma exposure, and the transition home after a demanding day. You can be capable and still need support.

Carrying Something Heavy

You may be the helper, protector, caregiver, problem-solver, or strong one in your family. You may also feel anxious, numb, angry, disconnected, or worn down by what life has asked of you. A diagnosis is not required to reach out. Therapy can help you understand what you are carrying and find a steadier way forward.

Substance Use and Recovery

Later-life changes, loss, isolation, health concerns, and long-held stress can affect coping in ways that are difficult to name. My experience leading a geriatric intensive outpatient program informs this area, while my work remains individualized and modest in scope. We can explore substance use, recovery, support, and what you want daily life to hold.
